Our North Island Customer Service Department is overseen by James Elvidge who has been with the RL Button team for over 15 years.  James came to us with a long list of skills and experience in strapping and he is now a warehouse packaging expert and has knowledge that is second to none in both Strapping and Packaging.  James is passionate about his job and it shows in the way in which he deals with our customers.  James will always go the extra mile for you and is always happy to assist.

In the South Island Bridget Harlow is the point of contact for all Customer Service requirements.  Bridget has been with the RL Button team for 5 years bringing a huge amount of passion and enthusiasm.  She has built strong relationships within the South Island client base with great professionalism and humour and maintains a can do attitude.
